- Thor Odinson: Gorillas are great fathers, always first in line to protect their family, even if it cost them their life, and always happy to groom and play with them. Too bad that they are not always good mothers: female gorillas may leave the native group and abbandon their children to follow younger rogue males. And that leave the father to do 100% of the parenting. Also, if the dominant silverback die without a successor the band disperds and the mother abbandon their children whose only hope is to be found and adopted by other males like it happened to the famous Titus, the gorilla king.
